Safety recommendations for users.

• Be careful with any message from an unknown sender (email, SMS, Whatsapp, any other communication app).
Do not respond to suspicious messages and do not take any action that you are requested to in the message (click a link, open an attachment, enter login information, etc.).
• If you received a suspicious message (non-standard text style, bad grammar, not commonly used expressions, etc.) from a user you know, verify the message by phone.
Never enter access names and passwords on pages other than those where you normally use.
Never enter any data on pages that are not secured via SSL (page address must start with https:// never http://).
• Check the SSL certificate, who issued it and to whom it was issued (by clicking the lock symbol next to the URL address).
• Do not use any public WiFi networks (restaurants, hotels, shopping centers, public transport, trains, etc.).
• Regularly (at least once a day) back up your important data to another secure medium (encrypted USB disk) outside of the standard system backup
• If it is not necessary, do not use work laptops on home networks, prefer connecting via the mobile data network of the business SIM card. When connecting to home networks, communicate only in secure ways, e.g. via VPN.
Log out each time you leave your workstation, even if you are not sharing an office with other colleagues.
Log off or turn off your workstations after finishing work, avoid using the "sleep" function. The state of the workstation at the end of work determines the working mode of this station.
• Do not rely on automatic anti-virus and anti-malware systems. Modern malware can easily bypass them.
Verify your information.
