Frequently Asked Question

When installing the profile, you need to download the application, which can be found in the attachment. (On the right side named: Inštalácia profilu.zip, Profile installation.zip)

Installation instructions:

1. Extract the "Configuration" folder
2. Run the application: Install profile.bat (Important: Run the application with the right mouse button: Run as administrator)
3. After installation, a registration window should appear where you enter your login (name) from AIS and the created password from SSO (More information on how to create a login password to connect to the network can be found at the end of the manual.)

Other important information:

• The file overwrites the settings of the Ethernet adapter. If you want, you can set Windows and the adapter manually.
• This installation method may not work for everyone. If the application displays an error or you do not see the login window, you must set the adapter manually or contact support.
• If something doesn't work properly, you can uninstall the profile using the application: Uninstall profile.bat - Odinštalovanie profilu.bat (Important: Run the application with the right mouse button: Run as administrator)
