How do I connect a network printer to the network?

Network printers in the faculty network are only available through the MyQ print server. The printer must be certified for the printing system.
To connect, contact our technical support and provide the following information:
- brand, type and model of the printer;
- mac address of the network card;
- location of network connection: building, room and outlet;
- workplace: institute, department;
- printer manager;
- list of authorized users: first and last name;
After the printer certification is verified, you will receive the printer setup data, drivers and MyQ clients. Instructions for the correct setup and installation of your devices are prepared at the helpdesk.
