How do I install the MyQ print server client on a Windows device

What is MyQ and what is it for?

MyQ is a print server to connect network printers to a computer.

How to install the MyQ client on Windows: (Mac OSX has the same settings).

1. Download the MyQ installation from our StudyCloud server at:https://nextcloud.fchpt.stuba.sk/f/3420368

2. Extract the .zip file and run the installation. (If a window pops up asking for permission from the administrator, click Yes)

3. Press the Next button.

4. Confirm the agreement with the license terms and click Next.

5. Press the Next button.

6. Select the option: Use fixed server address. Enter the address: print.fchpt.stuba.sk and port 443 and check the Validate certificate option. Click Next.

7. In the menu, select the Login option and check the PIN and Username and password options and optionally Remember Me so that you don't have to log in every time you want to print. Click Next.

8. Check the option: Secure print job forwarding and type port 515 in the box. Click Next.

9. Click the Next button.

10. Click the Next button.

11. Check the options: Enable job parser and Only when user interacts with app and cancel the option Delete pending jobs when the client is idle. Click Next.

12. Click the Install button.

11. Once the installation is finished, the MyQ mini application will be available at the bottom right of the bar. Click the mini Application, select the Login option and enter your AIS login data.

After logging into the application, you can print your documents using the MyQ server.
