ESET reports an invalid license.

A secure connection to the ESMC server is required for the proper functionality of licensing and antivirus updates. Verify a valid connection to the server by opening the log file and copying the link to the browser: file:///C:/ProgramData/ESET/RemoteAdministrator/Agent/EraAgentApplicationData/Logs/status.html, or find it using a file explorer.

Errors will be highlighted in red and then the ESET agent must be reinstalled with the current version available in the repository at: https://nextcloud.fchpt.stuba.sk/f/3001151. Select the installation suitable for your operating system.

Detailed installation instructions:

1. Go to: https://nextcloud.fchpt.stuba.sk/f/3001151 and log in with your AIS data
2. Select the installation suitable for your operating system and download it.
3. Open the .zip/.gz file and copy the Eset Agent program to your PC (e.g. to the desktop)
4. Double-click the Eset Agent program and the installation should start automatically. (After the successful installation, the installer will close automatically)
5. Go to: https://support.fchpt.stuba.sk/helpdesk/open.php
6. Create a request on topic: Installation and activation of ESET AV and enter the necessary data about your PC.
6.1 In case you do not know the Name and IP of your PC, go again to: https://nextcloud.fchpt.stuba.sk/f/3001151 and download the file named: Information about PC (Name and IP).
6.2 After downloading, run the Information about PC (Name and IP).bat program and the program will display the necessary data about your PC. (If it shows more than one IP address, it means you are connected to two different connections in the network. If you are on FCHPT cable, the address will start with 147.175... If you are on WiFi, the address will start with 192.168... The cable address is always preferred so, please, write the one in the request (ie 147.175...)).
