How do I change my profile picture?

The HelpDesk system uses a public service called Gravatar. Gravatar works across all public sites that use such a feature.
How does it work?
Simply. Sites that use the Gravatar service use a unique identification for their users. In our case, an email address (@stuba.sk) works as an identifier. So if you create an account on the Gravatar page with your Stuba email, your profile photo will also be visible on the HelpDesk.
How to set it up?
- Go to: https://sk.gravatar.com/
- Create an account with your Stuba mail
- Verify your account following instructions
- Upload an image of your choice
(After adding the image, it takes Gravatar about 5 minutes to finish setting up on HelpDesk.)
